1) I am banned from the server now what shall I do?
- First, do not panic, we as administrator would love to provide further assistance and help the applicant. If you are getting information while logging in the game saying "You have been banned from the server". Go ahead to this section over HERE and fill the application with correct and true information. The more precise information you provide, the faster you get help from administrators.
2) How to change my forum password?
- First of all, go to your "Personal details" which you will be able to find it in the top bar by moving your mouse cursor to your profile name. Second, move your mouse cursor to left bar and head to settings box afterward you will find "Password" and click on it. The system will request from you to insert your existing password which is the password you are using right now afterward type your new password and reconfirm it then press save changes. NOTE: Make sure you are not copying and pasting the password.
3) How to get a forum user title after you proceed with the donation?
- Simple steps to follow, first of all, go to the main forum page. Afterward, scroll down till you find the "Community Recognition" tab. Click on Multimedia section then click again on "Usertitle Requests". You will be able to find "Submit an usertitle request" at your right hand. Fill the format with your needed information. It usually takes around 24 hours to confirm your donation payment and once it's confirmed. You will receive your title within 2 days maximum.
4) Account assistance including passwords in-game etcetera?
- First of all, do not panic. Our community is well-designed and organized. Furthermore, the technology staff department team are the ones who are responsible for getting your account recovered once they confirmed the information you provided in your application. They will help you as much as they could in order to provide the best service for our clients and being satisfied with our hard work. 5) Reporting others?
- If you are not satisfied with your game-play and you feel like someone bothers your gameplay do not hesitate to complain the player with the sufficient proofs over these sections

- Using VPN & changing your proxy is strictly prohibited in our community. However, we do tolerate with these players who are using VPN or changing their proxy IP which results in an immediate ban.
