(Regarding in-game rules)
This thread is all about the dubious and questionable moments we all have in our gameplay regarding the rules. The official rules can be found here (click). If you don't know if something is allowed, this is the place to ask for it. By doing so you, as a player, revent any unexpected punishment, from our adminitrative team, for not only yourself but also for your Furneco community-members. You are free to ask anything regarding in-game rules, so please do.

Am I allowed to shoot someone for insulting me in the "/b" chat? No. You're not allowed to shoot someone without an IC reason.
You have been killed by someone, and before you got finished you got saved by the medics. Are you allowed to go back to the scene and/or take revenge? Yes. By getting saved by the medics you don't lose your (RPly) memory and you are allowed to go back and take revenge if you got saved by the medics.
Am I allowed to wait till someone's anti-spawnkill timer is gone and then shoot him in front of the hospital? Yes, you are. Note that you will still need an IC reason to shoot him, and need to wait 10 minutes if you have killed him before. All the other rules still apply, ofcourse.
Am I allowed to kill the same person for the same IC reason? - No
Someone heavily injured (shot down) you and medic saved you but the guy finished you inside hospital is that spawn kill or not? This is perfectly allowed.
So if I'm in a shootout with some gang, then a random civillian helped him to kill me, is the civilian DM'ing? The civilian who helped the other player to help you out, might be a friend of them, so no he is NOT DM'ing.
Gangs, Factions
Am I allowed to arrest someone outside the active turf boundaries for crimes someone did outside turf? Yes, you are. Note that you are not allowed to arrest IN turf boundaries or crimes commited in the active turf boundaries. This only applies for active turfs.
Am I allowed to invite during active turf times? Even if I'm not attending on-oing turf? If you're not attending turf you're allowed to invite members.
I just got killed by John. I see my friend/faction colleague shooting John. Am I allowed to help my friend/colleague? If your friend requests backup ICly (Eg: /pr, /r, /backup) then you're allowed to assist him. (This scene CAN NOT re-occur at the SAME spot)
Player A and B are friends. They both are in the same gang and keep their bandanas off to avoid getting killed on sight by rival gang members. Player C is a rival gang member. Player C kills Player B. Player A tries to save his friend but couldn't do it. He escaped and decided to snipe player C to take revenge. Does he need to have his bandana on? No. Bandana is only required if you want to shoot with gangwars as your IC reason. In this case you have another IC reason.
Someone is wanted and he is hiding in the casino. Am I allowed to arrest him there? No shooting in the casino! You're allowed to /tazer him. (First give him a warning)
Exploit
Am I allowed to quickshoot with a shotgun? No, you are not. Quickshoot (a bug in SAMP which skips a fraction of the shotgun animation) is a gun discharge exploit.
Am I allowed to g-bug out of a land or out of any other similar situation, at any time? No. G-Bugging is an exploit and shall be punished.

I have an IC reason to kill someone but he escaped and is hiding in the casino. Am I allowed to kill him? No shooting in the casino! You're not allowed to kill or even harm him there.
